What You Will Do:
Proactively anticipate trends and developments within our niche, ensuring the organization stays five steps ahead through continuous research, opportunity identification, and a comprehensive understanding of our channel positioning
Develop and execute effective social media strategies tailored to various channels, utilizing a combination of analytical reasoning and creative approaches
Manage content creation and publication across primary channels or identify and implement automation solutions to streamline these processes
Conduct ongoing testing of new strategies, techniques, and approaches to enhance engagement and optimize outcomes
Take complete ownership of traffic performance metrics, devising and executing strategies to ensure consistent growth
Analyze, review, and report on campaign performance, using insights to maximize effectiveness and drive results.
What We Expect:
At least 2 years of proven experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Threads
Strong analytical skills with the ability to support creative concepts using data-driven arguments
Exceptional English writing and language proficiency primarily focus on engaging the US market
Excellent project management and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
