Your Role:
- Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly invoices and understanding the Main Contract Revenue.
- Liaising with Garrison Finance teams to ensure monthly volumetric information is prepared to the required timetable in accordance with Central Management Team (CMT) requirements.
- Perform and co-ordinate the Budgeting and Forecasting processes in respect of contract revenue.
- Assist with review and validation of all output from the Change accounting process including invoices, monthly reporting and forecasts including supporting documentation
- Addressing issues concerning invoice preparation and presentation with Finance/Commercial staff at Garrisons and the ABC, our Partner Sub-Contractors, ADL and the CMT as appropriate
- To perform month end processes ensuring that the necessary reconciliations are completed to comply with the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control environment
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
Educated to at least ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent, and partially qualified as an accountant (CIMA, ACCA)

Experience:
Strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail. Financial modelling capability within Excel, with general/commercial and contractual awareness.

Skills:
Excellent MS Excel and IS skills, in addition to effective communication and excellent organisation skills.
