Our client is running a programme focused on deploying a solution for work and workforce management as well as digitalisation. The solution incorporates Salesforce Field Service Lightning for workforce management, SAP PM for work processes (logistics and accounting), and FormX (a customised CouchBase/Xamarin development) for digitising field reports. Office 365 is utilised to provide a portal offering a comprehensive 360° view of work and assets while storing related documents.
To support the maintenance of the applications within this programme and ongoing projects, they are seeking a Functional Analyst Salesforce. This role will involve managing corrective and adaptive maintenance on deployed applications and contributing to current projects using the same applications for new business cases.
The consultant will collaborate with both project and maintenance teams and work primarily with Salesforce applications, though involvement with other applications (e.g. Mobile app, SAP PM, Office 365) is also expected.
Responsibilities include
- Providing support for Salesforce FSL/Service Cloud solutions (user and master data management).
- Resolving incidents and issues in deployed applications.
- Defining use cases and user stories alongside the Business Analyst.
- Configuring user stories.
- Conducting system tests and system integration tests on use cases and user stories.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Performing sanity checks after production releases.
- Managing change processes, including user manuals, release notes, and training sessions.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst on Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning.
- At least 3 years of experience configuring Salesforce (Flow).
- Proven experience in Salesforce Timesheets Management (minimum 2 years).
- Familiarity with FSL Mobile.
- Experience working with a DGO.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French and English is required.
