Your role
As the go-to person for all things event-related, you’ll:
- Manage project scope, objectives, and risk to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate across teams to align on goals, coordinate staffing, handle ticketing, and plan regional summits.
- Develop detailed project plans and keep stakeholders up-to-date with real-time tracking.
- Create communications and presentations, ensuring the right messages reach the right people.
Who You Are

Experience: 5+ years as a Project Manager, ideally with event management expertise.

Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Skills: Top-notch communication, cross-functional collaboration, and independent problem-solving skills.

Language: Proficient English.

Tech Savvy: General IT skills and the ability to manage scalable processes.
