What does the job involve
- Manage and supervise the administrative team to ensure the efficient execution of daily office tasks.
- Oversee office operations, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement of office supplies.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources, including organizing events and facilitating communication across departments.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Manage office equipment and IT infrastructure, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in administrative or office management roles with at least 3 years managing an administrative team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
