Role
You will provide support through phone and messaging platforms by:
- Identifying opportunities where cloud technologies can meet clients’ needs.
- Informing potential clients about available technologies and solutions.
- Generating leads and driving revenue.
- Directly selling to customers who are ready to make purchases.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
This role combines technical knowledge with business-to-business (B2B) sales responsibilities.
Required skills

Language Proficiency: C1 level in the support language at least B2 level in English for training and CRM purposes.

Experience: No prior experience is mandatory, but B2B sales experience in the IT sector is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Strong proficiency in using PCs, including advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office tools.
- Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
- Passion for technology, familiarity with the company's products and competitors, and cultural understanding of the sales market.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tools.
