We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our client's team in the automotive industry. The role involves contributing to a strategic project aimed at replacing the current CRM IT system with a modern solution by 2026. The project entails analyzing and optimizing customer service processes and integrating new IT applications into the existing IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document complex technical and strategic processes
- Validate requirement elements and architectural artifacts
- Define and document project requirements
- Implement an IT application contract and ensure smooth integration into the existing IT landscape
- Provide user training and facilitate the transition of the solution to operations
- Create and manage epics, features, and BPMN processes
- Coordinate cross-functional technical topics with various stakeholders
Technical and Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner, including a minimum of 2 years in IT projects
- 5 years of consulting experience in CRM or marketing
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and automation projects
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) with JIRA and Confluence
- Expertise in creating epics, features, and user stories
- Knowledge of EU tender projects
- Familiarity with MS Teams for project communication and MS SharePoint for document management
