Requirements
▪ You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship or a degree in computer science
▪ You already have relevant professional experience in the field of IT
▪ You have technical know-how in the common areas, Windows (+Server), Office 365, general system administration.
▪ Your sound knowledge of cyber security compliance is your advantage
▪ You have a service mentality and are customer orientated
▪ You have a solution-oriented and independent way of working
▪ You have a very good command of German (min. B2) and English (min. C1)
Tasks Responsibilities
▪ You install and configure software and hardware for our company
▪ You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining accounts and workstations
▪ You fix problems and failures in the IT area
▪ You take over the administrative monitoring of the security-relevant infrastructure
▪ You identify potential security threats
▪ You develop security measures

Hiring Process
1) Initial Interview: 20-30 minutes introductory call.
2) Second Interview: In-depth discussion with Christoph, the hiring manager, conducted onsite.
3) Final Interview: Coffee catch-up with one of the founders, Basti, to assess cultural fit.
