What you'll do:
As a PLM Solution Architect/Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and providing insights for PLM solutions in the manufacturing process
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements
- Designing and architecting PLM solutions, focusing on Siemens PLM software such as Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and Easy Plan
- Collaborating with agile teams to implement, customize, and configure the PLM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with new and existing systems
- Providing business analysis expertise in the areas of PLM and Digital Manufacturing
- Utilizing your business know-how from the automotive industry to drive efficiency and innovation in PLM processes.
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect or Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing development processes
- Expertise in Siemens PLM software, including Teamcenter, Teamcenter Manufacturing, Active Workspace, and Easy Plan
- Experience working in agile teams, with a focus on iterative and collaborative development
- Business acumen in the automotive industry, understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities
- Proficiency in BMIDE for data model customization and configuration within Siemens Teamcenter
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
