For our client in Bucharest, we are looking for a SAP Retail VIM Expert.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead functional design sessions, offering your expertise and valuable recommendations.
- Perform configuration and testing of SAP modules to ensure optimal functionality.
- Analysis of business requirements and translation from features into backlog items for the agile team.
- Analyse variables (quantitative and qualitative data) to draw up business cases for business stakeholders on initiatives to drive business results and/or improve effectiveness of all stakeholders from a technology and/or data perspective.
- Provide SAP VIM support and expertise, ensuring seamless system operations.
- Engage with clients to gather and clarify requirements for customized solutions.
- Take on the role of a mentor, guiding and training junior consultants to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
What You Have:
- SAP Retail VIM Expert - 10 -15 years of relevant experience in Sourcing business/tech processes.
- Expert knowledge of SAP, with a focus on SAP Financial Accounting.
- Proven knowledge of information analysis and information management area of expertise.
- Knowledge and experience with process management in FMCG.
- Relevant experience with Agile and release management in a complex (multi-vendor) environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, reaching a proficiency level of B2+.
