Requirements
▪ Completed degree with a focus on IT and initial professional experience, alternatively relevant practical experience (min. 2 years) in the area of production and logistics in an industrial company with a strong affinity for IT systems, e.g. as a key user
▪ Ideally experience with ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
▪ Good ability to understand complex issues
▪ Strong communication and presentation skills
▪ Ability to work in a team and take initiative in interdisciplinary work environments and willingness to take on responsibility
▪ Good knowledge of German and English
Tasks Responsibilities
▪ Consulting the specialist departments on the mapping of business processes in the software with a focus on logistics and production-related processes
▪ IT application manager for selected systems including responsibility for operations and software life cycle in the company
▪ Creation of solution concepts in collaboration with other system managers, consultants and programmers
▪ Coordination and implementation of change requests, including testing and subsequent acceptance
▪ Implementation of adjustments in the systems through parameterization
▪ Training and support of key users and process experts on system usage and implemented business processes

Hiring Process
