We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead and implement quality management systems across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and ICT industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes in line with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management certifications.
- Conduct quality audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to enforce quality standards and best practices throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality performance, defects, and process improvements.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Provide training and guidance on quality procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Investigate non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all documentation and reports meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of work experience in related fields, preferably in the ICT sector.

Professional certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a QA/QC Manager in similar projects.

Consulting experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
