Meet the Scale Up Team
Our mission is to fuel the growth of our Sales Department by hiring top sales talent, delivering impactful onboarding, and driving ongoing training for both new and existing Account Executives.
On the frontlines, of our recruitment efforts you'll find GUY and UMA, our Sales Talent Acquisition Specialists. They partner closely with Sales Managers to find the right talent for each team, while continuously refining a candidate-centric, objective, and efficient hiring process. With 110+ successful hires in less than one year (and counting!), they’re building the future of our sales force.
Once new team members come on board, CHRIS (Sales Onboarding & Training Manager) and MATTHIEU (Sales Product Training Coordinator) take the lead with a comprehensive onboarding and training program. Their mission is to set every new hire up for success—covering everything from our sales methodology and tools to product knowledge and value-based selling. They also provide continuous coaching and training for our existing Account Executives.
This is where you come in. You'll work alongside Chris and Matthieu to improve how we onboard, enable, and grow our sales talent—helping us scale performance across NA and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
- Track the progress of new hires through the onboarding process
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to new hires during their initial months
- Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training programs with sales goals and strategies
- Become an ambassador for Teamtailor's culture
