Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to Oversee, Supervise and Drive the growth of our team. This role will be responsible for managing the team with key commercial to ensure the successful expansion and operational excellence for Cartrack Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating the team to achieve and exceed team sales targets
- Leading, Supervising and Coaching the team to meet the goals
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals
- Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- 4+ years of experience in Sales B2B
- Experience managing members in the team
- Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and cold calling
- Own car and valid driving license
Working hours: Mon- Fri 8.30 - 17.30 (WFH 100% - Based in Southern region)
