Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in selling to financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business pipelines, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and managing large accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and positioning our company as a preferred training partner for our clients.
This is an on-site position; you must be a UAE resident with a valid visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the financial services sector, focusing on banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, L&D teams, and HR influencers.
- Manage and expand existing large accounts to drive long-term partnerships and maximize client value.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with company OKRs.
Our preferred candidate:
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling to financial institutions.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, its challenges, and trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to travel across the MENA region as needed to visit our clients, execute projects, and attend events, conferences, and seminars
- A digital-savvy person who is comfortable with CRMs, video conferencing, online documentation, and managing calendars and meetings
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
