Job Title: Solar Power Solution Manager
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain close collaboration with internal Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Conduct market analysis to support the definition of sales strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead product planning by analyzing technical requirements, product functionality, and licensing needs
- Deliver product and solution presentations to customers and channel partners
- Represent the company in technical seminars, webinars, and industry events
- Support customers with planning, system configuration, and resolving technical issues
- Monitor and analyze trends in the solar inverter market to inform product development
- Evaluate competitor strategies and operational approaches for benchmarking
- Collaborate with customers on technical solution validation and optimization, ensuring leading-edge performance
- Translate customer technical requirements into tailored product and solution proposals
- Review and enhance technical solutions for key projects, including cost estimations and bill of materials preparation
- Adhere to and execute internal processes in line with standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Support project bidding processes by preparing accurate quotations and BOMs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth
- Track purchase orders and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of
solar inverter fundamentals and energy storage technologies
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities
Comfortable working under pressure and committed to continuous learning and development
Adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
Willingness and ability to
travel for business purposes
