What you will do

Gain expert knowledge through comprehensive product training

Support entrepreneurs and businesses in boosting their reputation and understanding how customers search for them

Help businesses improve their online presence on the worlds leading search platform

Analyze and troubleshoot issues thoroughly, escalating complex cases when needed

Occasionally promote related products to existing customers
What you will bring

Excellent Danish language skills combined with a customer-focused mindset

Strong communication skills in English

Comfortable using desktop systems, internet applications, and MS Office

Familiarity with Google products like Google Maps and Google Cloud (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Experience with Chrome OS and Android operating systems
