Your Role:
In this dynamic position, you will:

Engage with subscribers via chat and phone

Provide guidance on payments and subscription management

Help resolve streaming or content-related issues

Assist users in navigating the platform and making the most of its features
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Swedish and good English communication skills (B2+ level)

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Basic tech knowledge and comfort using computers

Prior experience in customer service is a plus
