Your responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, representing a world-renowned company.

Use phone, email, and chat to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Provide accurate information about products.

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

What you will bring:

Fluency in Portuguese.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in customer support or care is a plus.
