We are currently looking for Polish-speaking professionals to become part of our Customer Experts team. You'll serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing outstanding service and support for a renowned name in the automotive industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, representing a globally respected luxury car brand

Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to deliver exceptional support

Provide expert information on vehicle features, services, and more

Effectively resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

Fluency in Polish

Strong command of English, both written and spoken

Passion for cars (a big advantage!)

Previous experience in customer service (minimum 6 months preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
