Are you a passionate and visionary leader with a deep commitment to the arts and design technology? We are seeking an inspirational and experienced Curriculum Lead of Art & DT to lead and develop our thriving Art and Design Technology departments in a secondary school in Hillingdon.

About the Role:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Art and DT departments.
- Oversee the development and delivery of a high-quality curriculum.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of talented teachers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources.
- Foster a love of art, design, and technology in students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Possesses significant experience in teaching Art and/or Design Technology.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills.
- Has a passion for the arts and design technology.
- Is committed to student success and innovation in education.
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
