About the Role:
- Teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A-Level depending on experience.
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their best.
- Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and resources.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Demonstrates a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
