Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and stimulating EYFS activities to support children’s development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where all children feel valued.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the setting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an EYFS role.
- A clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to deliver it effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
