Is your project board your happy place? Can you turn a wild brainstorm into a pixel-perfect dashboard before your coffee cools? Our client's an ambitious team on a mission to create learning experiences that actually get used…and we’re looking for a Learning Project Manager who can blend digital creativity with operational rigor, all without a hint of corporate slow-mo.

- Start: ASAP (onboarding is fast!)
Role Overview:
You’ll be at the center of our clients' learning function, wrangling onboarding, vendor relationships, leadership workshops, and year-end performance enablement with a hands-on, scrappy approach. You’ll keep the L&D efforts moving forward, the assets sharp, and the creative sparks flying.
Main Responsibilities
- Onboarding Taskforce (70%)
- Own the project management of multiple, concurrent onboarding workstreams
- Create and update core digital assets: self-serve training modules, shortform videos, AI-driven tools, infographics, and onboarding guides
- Run onboarding as a product launch; measuring, iterating, and optimizing
- Values Learning Series
- Coordinate and manage external vendor relationships
- Support evolving instructional and content strategies
- Align project plans and keep deliverables on track
- Leadership Development Workshops
- Project manage sessions and logistics (virtual/in-person as needed)
- Support internal stakeholders and vendors on content creation
- Performance Enablement & Platform Admin
- Assist in developing and rolling out year-end performance management resources
- Support platform administration (e.g., CultureAmp)
What Sets You Apart
- Project Management Mastery: Expert in managing overlapping priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholders (yes, even when chaos hits)
- Digital Learning Creator: Comfortable designing microlearning, video, infographics, AI tools, and using no-code platforms like Notion, Miro, or similar
- Operational Rigor: Detail-obsessed, organized, and not afraid to get hands-on with admin, dashboards, or process documentation
- Agile & Resourceful: Used to moving fast, re-prioritizing, and making things work with minimal direction
- L&D Breadth: Skilled across onboarding, leadership development, training program launches, and performance enablement
- Technology-First Mindset: Not shy about new tools—bring your skills in platforms like Notion, Airtable, video editing tools, and AI (including GPTs)
- Async/Remote Native: Experience working in a fast-moving, distributed team—PST working hours preferred
Who thrives in this role?
You ask smart questions, suggest bold answers, and love building order from ambiguity—preferably in Notion, Miro, or your digital tool of choice. You’re energized by tight timelines and fast decisions. If you like a little chaos, iterate your way to excellence, and know that paint-drying bureaucracy isn’t your thing—let’s talk.
