WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ECOMMERCE CONTENT SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM
In coordination with the Client's Italian team and the internal Content team, the ECommerce Content Specialist will take charge of managing the client's product catalog on Amazon and any other marketplaces requested, ensuring the creation of engaging content for shoppers that respects the technical characteristics of the products and the technical rules of Amazon (or other platforms).
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE?
- Ensure brand uniformity and consistency across Amazon or other channels.
- Optimize and update product page content, list and publish products on the marketplace, create Variations, A+ content, and update the Brand Store.
- Perform keyword research to optimize content with an SEO perspective.
- Analyze performance and share monthly reports with clients.
- Create Excel/PowerPoint reports to facilitate the understanding of Amazon data, such as Customer Voice, Out-of-Stock Products, BuyBox, etc.
- Analyze and manage tools for content monitoring on Amazon.
- Localize and translate technical content from English to Italian.
- Participate in weekly and quarterly alignment calls with the client to receive tasks, set priorities, and report on project progress.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You are passionate about tech products and accessories with experience in technical writing.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Spanish or French are a plus.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have strong digital skills and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Nice to have: digital adv knowledge.
