Role Responsibilities:
✔ Teach Business at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level).
✔ Develop and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students.
✔ Actively participate in the development and improvement of the Business curriculum.
✔ Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
✔ Take on a TLR to support leadership and contribute to the growth of the department.
✔ Contribute to team meetings and help shape the direction of the department.
✔ Support the pastoral care of students and maintain a positive learning environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
✔ A degree in Business or a related field.
✔ QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
✔ Proven experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5.
✔ Strong leadership potential and passion for Business education.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ A proactive and driven approach to teaching and learning.
