Key Responsibilities:
- Set high expectations and drive continuous improvement within the Art department.
- Analyse student performance data in Art and implement strategies for maximizing progress.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective assessment practices in Art.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.
