Position Overview:
Were searching for a Field Service Technician with a mechanical mind, electrical instincts, and the readiness to hit the road. This isn't your average 9-to-5. You'll be jetting across the country, installing and servicing precision automation systems inside some of the most fast-paced and quality-driven manufacturing environments out there.

What You'll Do:

Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to install, maintain, and support advanced electromechanical systems

Diagnose and repair electrical (120/240V AC & low-voltage DC), pneumatic, and mechanical equipment

Interface with PLCs, sensors, motors, vision, and barcode systems

Deliver top-tier customer support both onsite and remotely during on-call rotations

Write trip reports, recommend spare parts, and document service records

Collaborate with engineering by reporting recurring field issues and suggesting improvements

Manage time logs and travel expenses in compliance with DOT standards
What You Bring:

Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, or both)

Comfort with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and basic wiring practices

Solid communication and professionalism in customer-facing environments

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (email, spreadsheets, service docs)

Willingness to travel 9095% of the time and work independently
Preferred Experience:

2+ years in field service, maintenance, automotive repair, or tech trades

Experience with PLCs, vision systems (Cognex, Keyence), or industrial automation

Previous exposure to high-travel roles or military technical service

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working extended hours on your feet

Valid drivers license and eligibility to obtain a passport
