What the role entails
- Liaise between the Audio Team Lead, internal Game Teams, and stakeholders to align on creative audio direction and ensure approvals across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate the production, delivery, and organization of all audio assets, including managing schedules and feedback cycles for external composers and sound designers.
- Deliver finalized audio assets along with clear implementation instructions, and provide support to ensure proper in-game integration; maintain thorough design documentation.
- Partner with designers, animators, artists, and mathematicians to craft engaging user experiences through sound, music, and voiceover.
- Assist in editing, mixing, and processing audio for games, prototypes, and promotional content; contribute to internal best practice guides and audio tool documentation.
Requirements:
- Proficient in audio editing, processing, mixing, mastering, and sound design; skilled with audio middleware and game engine integration.
- Strong understanding of sound design principles, music theory, and composition; capable of creating and organizing sound effects, music, and voiceovers.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and audio assets using project management tools and organized workflows.
- Effective communicator with internal teams and external partners; skilled at managing composers, sound designers, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to ensures consistency and quality of audio assets across projects; maintains clear, thorough design documentation and incorporates feedback effectively.
