We are recruiting on behalf a fast-growing global fintech company with a Business Development Manager to lead expansion efforts in Mexico. This hybrid role focuses on building local partnerships, generating leads, and shaping market strategies that support the growth of online trading in the region.
You’ll work with international teams while leveraging AI tools and digital platforms to enhance lead generation, campaign targeting, and decision-making. The position also involves travel within Mexico and occasional international meetings in LATAM region.
Location: Hybrid – Mexico
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage
affiliate and partner networks.
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build strong local relationships to support user acquisition.
Localize global strategies for the Mexican market.
Use digital and
AI-driven tools to support daily business development tasks.
Act as
a representative of the brand and attend
industry events, to acquire new partnerships.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in business development, preferably in fintech or trading sectors.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with deep knowledge of the Mexican market/LATAM region.
- Experience in lead generation, networking, and partnership building.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to drive results.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative across cultures
