Manpower Malta on behalf of our client are seeking an Office Manager to ensure our clients operations run seamlessly and their team thrives in a well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and administrative systems.
- Manage office supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth logistics and timely service.
- Liaise with property owners and service providers to maintain high workplace standards.

Support Directors with scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad hoc tasks.

Handle office insurance policies and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supervise reception, admin, cleaning, and maintenance teams.

Coordinate staff travel, training bookings, and internal events.

Provide admin support to HR and Marketing, including for training, events, and branded materials.

Oversee IT-related admin, including equipment procurement, setup, repairs, and liaising with service providers.

Manage security systems (CCTV, alarms) and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
What Were Looking For:

At least 3 years' experience in office management or administration.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Professional presentation and a collaborative mindset.

Solid understanding of health & safety, facilities, and office security.
