About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate German Teacher to join our exceptional language faculty at a leading independent school. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive German lessons across KS3 to KS5, encouraging fluency and cultural appreciation.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance language acquisition and student engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to achieve their best.
- Contribute to the school’s wider language and cultural enrichment programs, including language clubs, exchange programs, and trips abroad.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually develop and refine the German curriculum.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in German, Modern Foreign Languages, or a related subject.
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience teaching German at KS3 to KS5, with a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential.
- Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
