We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge, starting in April 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs. Interviews will be held as soon as possible.

KS1 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners in KS1.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, ensuring all children are supported to reach their full potential.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and the wider school community to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child’s development and progress.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participating in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
KS1 Teacher Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- A passion for supporting young learners and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A reflective practitioner who is committed to ongoing professional development.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive and flexible attitude.
