Your Role as SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students with a range of additional needs.
- Use innovative teaching strategies to engage and support students with SEN.
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods where necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
- Experience working with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
