What You Will Do:

Position: Business Teacher with TLR

Location: Hereford

Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)

Teaching: Business at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Support the development and implementation of the Business curriculum.
- Mentor and guide students to achieve excellent exam results.
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities within the department with the TLR role.
About You:
You will be an enthusiastic and highly skilled teacher with the ability to engage students at both GCSE and A-Level. You should have experience teaching Business at these levels, and the potential to take on a leadership role within the department. Your passion for Business education and commitment to helping students succeed will make you an excellent fit for this position.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- PGCE or QTS.
- Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level).
- Experience or potential for leadership responsibilities is desirable.
