What You’ll Do:
- Deliver top-quality personal care, companionship, and support
- Assist with medication, mobility, and daily living tasks
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, promoting independence

Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for full-time Care Assistants to join our team on a permanent basis. Our set working pattern for a full-time employee is 4 days one week and 3 days the following week, between the hours 07:00 – 22:00 as follows:

Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun

Week 2 - Wed, Thur, Fri
When working as a Care Assistant for Bluebird Care you need to hold certain attributes which align with our business. Our team members need to be:

- Able to work independently and as part of a caring team
2 years minimum care industry experience is desirable. However, we accept applications from those with less experience with a desire to work in care. We trust our robust pre-employment training programme will provide all essential onboarding procedures to become a Bluebird Care Assistant
