Role Highlights:

- Teach and support primary-aged students with a variety of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons suited to students' individual learning styles
- Work closely with SEN support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning
- Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment that encourages confidence, independence, and achievement
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary setting, preferably within an SEN environment
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques
- A patient, adaptable, and caring approach to supporting students with additional needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS check required
