Your Mission as a Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager at, your mission is to craft and lead impactful marketing strategies that elevate our brands across Libya and beyond. You will drive campaigns that not only resonate with our target markets but also bring tangible returns, aligning every effort with the group’s strategic goals. From data analytics to market entry planning, your role is crucial in positioning Shahin Holding Group's companies at the forefront of their respective industries.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Marketing Manager
- Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategies.
- Manage brand identity across companies like Shahin Shipping, Bizznass, and OpenSooq.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Plan market entry and expansion strategies using detailed market research and consumer insights.
- Segment customers and analyze motivations, pain points, and behaviors for targeted outreach.
- Forecast product/service demand and align marketing efforts accordingly.
- Utilize SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to execute cohesive strategies.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Marketing Manager
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong background in advertising company environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong command of marketing platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn & TikTok Ads Manager.
- CRM & marketing automation tools experience (HubSpot, Zoho).
- SEO/SEM expertise and Google Search Console familiarity.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
- Experience in advertising companies is a plus.

- Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm.
