Your Role as SENCO:
- Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring students with additional needs receive appropriate support.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of tailored learning plans.
- Work closely with the leadership team, teachers, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
- Regularly monitor student progress and adapt provision as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).
- Extensive experience in managing SEN provision in secondary schools.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A thorough understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
