Role Highlights:
- Full-time position at a supportive and well-resourced primary school
- Lead whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher
- Provide small-group interventions and tailored learning support
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to support students with additional needs
- Help create an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Experience & Qualifications:

HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills
- A passion for education and supporting children’s progress
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
