Your Role as a SENCO:
- Lead and coordinate the SEND provision across the school.
- Work with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure inclusive education.
- Develop EHCPs and support students with additional needs.
- Provide staff training on inclusive teaching strategies.
- Oversee assessment, monitoring, and intervention plans.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete).
- Strong experience working with SEND students in a school setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for inclusive education and student well-being.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
