Your Role as a Maths Teacher:
🔹 Plan and deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons, adapting content to suit individual learning needs.
🔹 Use creative and differentiated teaching methods to ensure students of all abilities thrive.
🔹 Work closely with SEN specialists, therapists, and support staff to provide a holistic learning experience.
🔹 Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated and supported.
🔹 Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
🔹 Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a love for Maths.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
✅ Passion for working with students with additional needs and a flexible approach to teaching.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students effectively.
✅ Experience in SEN, alternative provision, or small-group teaching is desirable but not essential.
✅ A patient, resilient, and creative approach to teaching and learning.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
