About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Geography Teacher to join an Outstanding-rated mixed school in Islington. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2025 and provides the opportunity to teach Geography across KS3 to KS5. This is an exciting role for a teacher who is passionate about bringing the world to life through dynamic and engaging lessons.

Responsibilities
- Teach engaging Geography lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, fostering a love for the subject
- Lead students in practical fieldwork projects and data analysis exercises
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Geography assessments and coursework
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a diverse and challenging curriculum
- Take part in extracurricular activities, including geography clubs, eco-initiatives, and overseas study trips
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Geography or a related field
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching Geography up to KS5
