The Role:

Full-time Teaching Assistant role, providing support across different year groups and assisting with classroom management.
- Working closely with the class teacher to support students' learning, including delivering interventions for children who may need additional support.

- Supporting children with a range of learning needs to ensure they achieve their full potential.
- Assisting in general classroom duties and providing help with resources, displays, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, particularly in a primary school setting.

- Ability to work effectively with children of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
