Your Role as Art Teacher:
🔹 Teach Creative Art Lessons – Inspire students with a curriculum that covers various artistic techniques, from painting to sculpture.
🔹 Guide Students’ Creative Development – Support students in developing their own artistic voice and creativity.
🔹 Organize Art Exhibitions – Showcase student work in school exhibitions and community events.
🔹 Assess Progress – Track and assess student progress, providing feedback to ensure continued artistic development.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching art, preferably in an independent school setting.
✅ Passionate About Art – A genuine passion for the arts, with the ability to inspire and engage students in creative learning.
✅ Creative & Inspiring – A creative approach to teaching that fosters an engaging and hands-on learning environment.
✅ Skilled in Multiple Art Forms – A solid background in traditional and contemporary art techniques, with the ability to teach a variety of media and disciplines.
✅ Empathetic & Supportive – An understanding and patient teaching style, capable of guiding students with varying levels of ability and fostering confidence in their work.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – The ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents to support students’ artistic and academic development.
✅ An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
