Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated team member to perform integration tasks following the instructions of the Integration Manager and Integration Engineer. This role will involve following task plans, ensuring high-quality standards, meeting production deadlines, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Task Execution: Carry out tasks based on instructions provided by the Integration Manager and Integration Engineer.
- Task Planning: Follow the planned integration tasks.
- Attendance & Timeliness: Ensure punctuality with entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition.
- Collaborative Communication: Maintain positive and assertive communication with colleagues from other sections.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the parts produced and tasks completed meet the required quality standards. In case of deviations, take corrective and preventive measures to resolve and prevent the issue.
- Deadline Compliance: Meet production and delivery deadlines.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure safety by avoiding risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools.
- Work Area Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after the execution of tasks.
- Cross-Section Tasks: Perform tasks in finishing, lamination, or other sections when production requirements demand it.
- Instruction Implementation: Follow and implement instructions received from your supervisors.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to a motivated, productive, and disciplined team environment.
Profile and requirements:
Education: First degree in mechanical engineering or a related subject such as aeronautical engineering or manufacturing engineering
Computer Skills: Proficiency in user-level computer tools.
Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integration processes.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the sector or a similar field.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability in organization, planning, and decision-making.
Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving production targets.
Communication & Leadership Skills: Effective communication and leadership abilities.
