Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Product Manager(Payments Tribe) to join us on our journey!
Your day-to-day
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy based on market research and user needs, defining product goals and maintaining the roadmap
- Manage the requirements lifecycle, including intake, prioritization based on feedback and business value, detailed definition, and user experience advocacy
- Oversee the product development process end-to-end, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, etc.) to ensure timely, quality delivery
- Define and execute effective go-to-market strategies and detailed launch plans for new products and features
- Monitor product performance using defined KPIs, analyze usage data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensure internal alignment, manage communications, and serve as the primary contact for product inquiries
Your background and mindset
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with standard product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal English, presentations) and proven ability to effectively engage stakeholders
- Demonstrates a strong data-driven approach and a deep focus on understanding customer needs and behaviour
- A proactive, independent critical thinker with a collaborative attitude, focused on outcomes and project delivery
- Previous experience within the iGaming industry is considered a plus
