TASQ is currently looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals fluent in both Korean and English to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This exciting position demands a strong grasp of both languages to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both Korean and English, offering outstanding support via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist in addressing customer queries, troubleshooting problems, and resolving concerns with professionalism and precision.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely, clear, and effective solutions.
- Organize and document customer interactions and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service setting is preferred but not essential.
- Must currently live in Cebu City or nearby areas in Cebu province (or be willing to relocate).
- Availability to participate in a screening interview and be reachable for follow-up communication.
