Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate
will play a key role in managing and enhancing human resources operations, ensuring alignment with our
business goals, particularly in our client's "made-to-order" operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to build a skilled and capable workforce.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs to enhance engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations, particularly those relevant to the construction and manufacturing industries.
- Support business growth by developing programs that foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the specialized skills required for our customized production processes.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high employee morale.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support for engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Canlubang, Laguna and be on-call on Saturdays as needed.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.
