Your Mission as an Inside Sales Engineer Trainee:
As an Inside Sales Engineer trainee you will play a critical role in analyzing customer inquiries, developing technical proposals, and ensuring that our solutions meet the rigorous demands of the Oil & Gas industry. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for delivering top-tier automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in Black Gold's operations.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an Inside Sales Engineer Trainee:
- Conduct technical analysis of customer RFQs and tenders to define proposal requirements and scope.
- Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications, providing timely technical information.
- Provide engineering support to procurement teams for instrumentation and control systems.
- Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate on-site project conditions during the tendering phase.
- Develop technical descriptions, cost estimates, project schedules, and commercial terms for commercial quotation activities.
- Follow up with customers to review quotations, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an Inside Sales Engineer Trainee:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or IT from a recognized institution.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis is a plus.
- Strong command of Office 365 and effective email communication.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
